First of all, we would like to point out that all perfumes are 100% original and the customer has the right to request a replacement without restrictions in the event of a manufacturing defect, if you receive a product different from what you ordered , or if the shipment is broken, damaged, or lost.
We, Al-Abadi Perfumes, take responsibility for all shipping problems and deliver it to you without any defects.
General conditions for return and exchange
* At Al-Abadi Perfumes, we bear all costs and fees of replacement in case of product information not matching or there is a manufacturing defect or flaw.
* If the customer wishes to exchange the product without any defects or flaws and the product is identical, the customer shall bear the costs of shipping the product to the company’s address within the period of 3 days from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.
* The customer must verify the specifications and details before completing the order, otherwise he will have to pay any costs resulting from the replacement, including shipping and delivery fees, etc.
* In case the product information on the website does not match or a different product is shipped, the customer is entitled to a replacement without any additional costs.
* The customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the order.
* The product must not be used or the original packaging damaged.
* If the customer uses the product and there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the company will bear the full replacement costs.

7. The customer will print the policy and then go to the nearest branch of the shipping company such as SMSA, Aramex or DHL.
8. The customer should place all accessories or attachments for the product in its own envelope.
